If you are after a high quality, certified diamond, look no further. From initial contact to order placement to delivery and everything in between, i cannot fault the process whatsoever. I had a short turnaround of 14 days as was planning to propose abroad and booked everything last minute but Quality Diamonds were able to deliver in less than 10 days and that included the ring engraving. Honestly i was absolutely over the moon and they were the only company out of 4 or 5 i was speaking to that could guarantee me delivery by my requested date.
