I knew exactly what I was looking for in a loose diamond. Found one that suited on their website and paid deposit to ship it so I could view it. Unfortunately the diamond got sold locally and they could not bring it across. Instead of leaving me stone less they searched around and found a diamond with exactly the same properties and even slightly larger and gave it at same price. Very happy and when went to view and pick it up took time to look closely at it with me and even checked GIA numbers on stone for me etc. As I said that's good customer service.
