They made the process of buying a ring straightforward, with good advice, and without at anytime pushing to sell. The ring has to be resized and they honored they warrantly to do it for free and it took only one day. Also their prices seems to me very competitive, matching the big online websites, but with the advantage of having a shop in central London where you can view the diamonds and rings before buying, and ask any question you may have to the staff.
