Really very good service. I did all online and via very helpful email conversation with Paul Sitton. Good website which generates confidence in the company. Delivery was a little slower than expected but not overly so considering the state of the nation due to Covid-19. However the arrangements for delivery could not be faulted. Overall an excellent first experience in using an online jewelry service. Oh and the earrings were beautiful!
