As much as I'd done my research before buying an engagement ring, the level of support offered when choosing the diamond was superb. Linn in the office was extremely patient and explained what each rating on the certificate meant to the actual diamond. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, which was a huge relief. When I got the size of the ring completely wrong it was fixed free and with very little fuss - they even sent it back to the factory as they weren't happy with the job done, so I was pleasantly surprised at the level of aftercare offered.
