Quality Diamonds dealt with an insurance claim for me, after having sadly lost my wedding ring (which had originally been purchased through Quality Diamonds). Although my insurance company were originally intending to offer a replacement through an alternative supplier, the team at Quality Diamonds dealt with the matter in an exemplary way. The quality of their customer service matches the quality of their products.
