Paul in particular has been a fantastic help in helping me choose the right stone for an engagement ring and customising the band to my specifications. He was educational throughout, gave me genuine "best advice" at multiple stages (including when it meant doing/spending less rather than more!) and consistently had the patience to help demonstrate and show me the impact of different decisions. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
