I can't speak highly enough for the service I received from Quality Diamonds. I purchased a loose stone for inclusion in a bespoke piece of jewelly to be made from existing pieces. Lauren Thomas (Birmingham) in particular offered invaluable advice and went out of her way to ensure that the stone arrived in time for my wife's birthday, despite a hold up at Customs.
