Ordered about a month ago - received an email after like a week saying that my parcel would arrive in 2-3 days. Didn't receive anything, can't see an update in my account, and they didn't respond to my email and also not to my fb message (which were both just ordinary decent requests about what happened). I don't know if I got scammed but it feels like it despite the company looking respectable.
