“I absolutely love your name labels as does my 2 year old grandson, he loves labelling his clothes with your fab labels, he loves your labels so much that he labels every single thing he owns!!! I need to order more. They are beautifully made. I wouldn’t buy labels from anywhere else x”

“Order still hasn't arrived and customer service won't respond I placed an order (#QMW1030471) with Quote My Wall on 25 August. The order was marked as dispatched/on its way on 27 August. It is now 16 September and I still haven't received my order. I've contacted Quote My Wall by email to try to find out where my order is, but unfortunately I haven't received a response. I understand that deliveries can occasionally be delayed, but after waiting almost three weeks with no order and no response from customer service, this is extremely frustrating. I would really appreciate someone from Quote My Wall contacting me to explain what has happened to my order and either provide an update/tracking information or arrange a replacement/refund.”

“Speedy service and easy to apply. Husband now in full time care so all his clothes have to be labelled. Useful to stick on toiletries, slippers and the arm of glasses ( 2 pairs still disappeared 😂 ) But not on socks”

“I ordered the school labels on 18th March, it never arrived. I emailed their customer service twice and never had a respond. I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. I ordered from them before and this is truly disappointing as a returning customer! UPDATE - after two months of not hearing anything from Quote my wall, the first time I've heard from them was on review.io requesting me to revise the review. Here's my response. Hi Matt, This is the first communication I’ve had from your company in two months. In all that time, I received no response, no labels, no apology, and no refund. Because of that, I had to go through my credit card company to get a chargeback, which really shouldn’t have been necessary if this had been handled properly your side. So I was pretty surprised that the first thing I hear from you is a not-so-polite request via reviews.io asking me to remove what is, honestly, a fair reflection of my experience. I won’t be removing the review. You’re welcome to keep the money and the label — I’ll keep the review.”

Thanks for the update. We initially missed this review, but as soon as we saw it flagged up (today), I politely reached out, requesting the customer to kindly remove the review as we'd not seen it until today unfortunately, and the customers email was found in our junk mail, which I located today after seeing the review. We reached out, offering a replacement of the labels today, and apologised for the problems. Customer declined and didn't want the labels, and stated they would leave the review active. We apologise for the delay, but due to the email going in our junk, we were unable to sort this issue. Any issue faced with non delivery via Royal Mail, we usually sort immediately by offering a reshipment. Admittedly, this was very late our end, but even trying to offer a solution, this wasn't accepted. We apologise for your experience. Many thanks

“A great company, my Mum unfortunately went in to residential care, found this company as her belongings had to be labelled. Very easy to follow website , value is second to none, delivery is very efficient and product is excellent quality. Highly recommended.”

“Stickers were easy to order, well priced and arrived promptly after ordering. I lile that you can choose the style and colour of writing and the image and background colour for your stickers. The stickers are waterproof as stated and look stylish on my son's things. I would re-order from this QuoteMyWall again.”

“My sister bought the sticker labels for my son so I could put them on his clothes and belongings for nursery. I loved them so much I just purchased more. They are super easy to use - stay on really well through the wash and toddlers messing about. I was thoroughly impressed and such a good price, so worth it!”

“I use these stickers for my daughters uniform and they're fantastic. I put them on her school uniform but also her school bag and drinks flask. Despite being washed regularly the stickers haven't come off, started peeling off, faded or fallen apart. They're the best name stickers ever and I would absolutely recommend them. They're fabulous!!”
