I paid £9.50 to return my item which is shocking. Then I have been waiting over a week for a refund!
No response to 2 emails requesting an update.
Awful company. Do not use unless you want to way a long time for your money back.
If I have to wait much longer I will have no choice but to start small claims court proceedings.
