About Ragazzi:

Established in 1993 Ragazzi is an independent, designer menswear store, based in Wrexham, North Wales.

Originally located on the outskirts of the town centre, Ragazzi moved to a larger premises in the prestigious shopping centre of Eagles Meadow in 2011. Over the years we have gained a reputation for stocking the latest brands in mens fashion.

“Sent clothing back for a refund received notification it had arrived back . Sent 2 emails th past few days regarding a refund and no communication whatsoever to reply . If it takes time to refund informing just please replay its polite!”

“I was able to pick up my items the next day and I had to exchange one of them due to the size. This was done without any difficulty even though it was for a different product brand. I have shopped in Ragazzi for a while now and the products are top quality.”

“I recently purchased an item for my husband and whilst the quality was great the item needed to be returned and replaced for a larger size, I was then made to pay a further £4 delivery charge for swapping the item! I find this shocking and this needs to be addressed as your customers are already subjected to delivery charges. I spend £220 with you and to be honest the extra £4 left a sour taste and I won’t be using your service again if this doesn’t alter.”

“Delivered wrong size and followed returns process on line paid £4 to return but when speaking to the staff directly on the phone they were very responsive they reimbursed the £4 at their suggestion, the returns charge was only for if I didn’t like the item once sorted returns process all good They have a great selection of trendy classy clothes I’ll definitely shop there again.”

“They give no information about getting a refund for a return. It takes over a week for them to even acknowledge a refund after receiving the item back. The refund takes over a week to process and even then you have to wait another 3 days to get your money back. Not how to treat customers money.”
