Established in 1993 Ragazzi is an independent, designer menswear store, based in Wrexham, North Wales.

Originally located on the outskirts of the town centre, Ragazzi moved to a larger premises in the prestigious shopping centre of Eagles Meadow in 2011. Over the years we have gained a reputation for stocking the latest brands in mens fashion.

“I recently purchased an item for my husband and whilst the quality was great the item needed to be returned and replaced for a larger size, I was then made to pay a further £4 delivery charge for swapping the item! I find this shocking and this needs to be addressed as your customers are already subjected to delivery charges. I spend £220 with you and to be honest the extra £4 left a sour taste and I won’t be using your service again if this doesn’t alter.”

“Can't really post a true review yet, delivery was spot on ,but unfortunately garment was too big so returned rather then exchanged as a smaller one was not listed on website, but has been returned 6days from my tracking notice as delivered back to store, but have had no correspondence as of yet, hopefully may hear today”

“Lovely top , great prices , very quick delivery but top had a hole under the arm of the right sleeve , couldn’t send back though because I threw all the packaging out , other than that very good service”

“Mixed review for me…. partly my fault but anyway. First order from this site and got a couple of items on sale. Items arrived in good time, very well packaged and presented. Based on that would have been five stars. Unfortunately when I ordered there was an extra 10% code offered for purchases. I didn’t realise so emailed them straight after ordering via there link to ask if it could be honoured in anyway. I never heard back. Not even a no which I found disappointing. At least a no wouldn’t have felt like not being ignored! Accept I missed the offer but thought well of you don’t ask…..may use again based on items but not customer service.”

“As far as other online traders go, this retailer is competitive with latest brands, the only negative is that they only use Royal Mail for delivery and returns who are shocking, 2 weeks for a refund.”
