About Ragazzi:

Established in 1993 Ragazzi is an independent, designer menswear store, based in Wrexham, North Wales.

Originally located on the outskirts of the town centre, Ragazzi moved to a larger premises in the prestigious shopping centre of Eagles Meadow in 2011. Over the years we have gained a reputation for stocking the latest brands in mens fashion.

“Sent clothing back for a refund received notification it had arrived back . Sent 2 emails th past few days regarding a refund and no communication whatsoever to reply . If it takes time to refund informing just please replay its polite!”

“They give no information about getting a refund for a return. It takes over a week for them to even acknowledge a refund after receiving the item back. The refund takes over a week to process and even then you have to wait another 3 days to get your money back. Not how to treat customers money.”

“Placed a order returned at too big arrived on the Monday 8 days later no refund and sent many emails asking whats going on to no answer at all it's now easter week so no refund for 2 weeks it be not shopping here again”

“Une chaussure sur les deux avait le cuir beaucoup plus clair. C'était donc une chaussure exposée au soleil. Les deux chaussures ont été essayées car elles avaient des petites rayures dans le cuir. De plus, j'ai payé des frais de douane supplémentaires de 20%. Je ne recommande pas ce site pour un achat de France.”

“Bought a Fred Perry jumper from here , i wore it for 3 hours , then it just got bobbling on it , sent it back and they eventually came up with i”it happens on these kind of jumpers and it’s been washed “ I can assure you it was not washed and for £130 I don’t expect it to bobble after 3 hours wear , if you buy from them and it’s not up to your expectations don’t bank on a refund , if I could I would give them -5 for the accusation that it had been washed ,”

“Order a T-shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas. The order was never delivered and when I contacted the support email, the response I got was very unhelpful. They insisted the parcel was delivered even when I gave CCTV footage that this was not the case. I have not been offered a replacement item, a refund or any other way of reconciling the issue so I have been really appalled by the company! I would advise people not order from here.”

“Really disappointed with Ragazzi, bought from here before but my latest returns process was awful, timing of communication was awful, charged a fee when I shouldn’t have been and then had to chase for a refund. Not good at all.”

“I paid £9.50 to return my item which is shocking. Then I have been waiting over a week for a refund! No response to 2 emails requesting an update. Awful company. Do not use unless you want to way a long time for your money back. If I have to wait much longer I will have no choice but to start small claims court proceedings.”
