Wow, this service is 10/10! The therapists are amazing and the people that handle the logistical matching with a therapist are just as awesome! Steven, the individual that matched me with a therapist was extremely organized & patient. He genuinely cared about my well being & ensured I had the right match. He even checked up on me to make sure my therapist was the right fit! The whole process doesn’t even feel transactional. My new therapist Ashlee was extremely comforting & professional as well. I feel hopeful for the first time in a while. She heard me out and made me feel validated. Not only did it feel as though I released a heavy weight off my shoulders after our session but she gave me some concrete advice & guidance. Can’t wait to book my next session!
