“After struggling to find the right therapist for so long, I found it incredibly easy to get matched with the perfect person to work with that was tailored towards what I need help with. It’s a scary and vulnerable place to be when looking for help and Reachlink made it so simple and great.”

“I don't think it's even worth the 1 start. I have been trying to get an therapy appointment thru my free sessions at work and it's totally NOT WORTH it. I have been talking and texting this company since March 14 and had TWO appointments, one was a NO SHOW and the second was cancelled 10 MIN BEFORE the appointment. I was doing this to save money and taking advantage of my company benefit. NOT WORTH IT!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm having major issues and they just don't care, how's that for therapy.....”

“Today I was the last appointment for Karen Lola and she still kept the appointment despite having a migraine! Mad Props to that! She made my day when she said that I was sweet. I am technically challenged and so was she. She made sure that I understood my homework before I printed it out”

“I have text message proof that I was told it would cost $50 per session. Then two weeks and two sessions later I hear back from my insurance it’s actually $167 per session. Extremely disappointing and misleading to clients.”

“My wife and I were seeking therapy to reconnect and improve our relationship. Although we've only completed the first session of counseling I will say that it was a step in the right direction. Our therapist Sandra took time to get to know each of us and initiated conductive conversation. Looking forward for more. Scheduling has been very easy. I would recommend.”

“After signing up, I got help with finding the right therapist for me and she was wonderful. Maria was kind and understanding while also being very action based. She took into account my religious beliefs and I couldn’t be happier with the session. I’ve already signed up to meet with her again.”

“When choosing a therapist often times, you are faced with challenges with the person(s) you choose. For a multitude of reasons, it can take several weeks to find the right fit. I am Glad to say that for me, the journey to find who I needed has ended. I knew from the moment I came across ReachLink, and Keeneya, I was set!
