“I was pleasantly surprised at the service, skill, professionalism, and care that I had with Natalie. She is knowledgeable and yet understanding. It was our first appointment and yet I felt a connection and I know she will give me the tools. I will need to move forward with my grief.”

“Everything has been great so far. The intake person Vicky was extremely helpful in finding me a match for my needs and my schedule. The provider I met with was amazing. The only improvement I would recommend is more discussion about the sessions being recorded. I do not want to be recorded and was surprised to realize that the first session was and would continue to be unless I requested otherwise. As long as moving forward I will not be recorded then I am ok. Overall, great experience.”

“Highly recommend working with ReachLink! All of the administrative logistics have been easy, which allows me to focus on working with my therapist without extra stress of follow up administrative tasks in between session. The Care Coordinator has been outstanding, pro-active, professional, and consistently provides excellent customer service. I quickly connected with my therapist and each session has been a positive and valuable experience. I look forward to continuing to work with my therapist and am confident in the quality services that the ReachLink team offers.”

“I work for Vanderbilt and they couldn’t offer me anything sooner than 2+ months out and couldn’t give me an out of pocket estimate. I wasn’t given a list of therapists to see what they are like and what their experience is. It was so much easier on Reachlink. I was able to read about the therapists and see exactly when they had availability. Immediately after signing up, I got a call from Brian the coordinator. He went over everything with and me and was able to tell me what my out of pocket was going to be right then and there. I’m so glad I did this through reachlink, it was so easy and I felt very supported by Brian.”

“Very grateful I found this company, i spent years not getting treatment due to not finding a good fit. Brian is my scheduling manager and has been extremely helpful and understanding with schedule changes and personal issues. Vanessa is my therapist and I feel like I finally found the perfect fit for me, she’s extremely nice and has lots of brain exercises that have helped me!”
