“Everything has been great so far. The intake person Vicky was extremely helpful in finding me a match for my needs and my schedule. The provider I met with was amazing. The only improvement I would recommend is more discussion about the sessions being recorded. I do not want to be recorded and was surprised to realize that the first session was and would continue to be unless I requested otherwise. As long as moving forward I will not be recorded then I am ok. Overall, great experience.”

“The struggle for finding therapy has made it pretty difficult but Reachlink has been super helpful in allowing me to find help even if it’s not local. The pricing is affordable to me and doesn’t stress me out, the counselors and staff are very kind and actually want to support you in your search for help, and overall makes therapy less scary for those anxious about a new experience.”

“Very affordable therapist was good appointment set up was efficient double check to make sure your insurance covers we had a little trouble setting up zoom but I think that was on our end”

“The process is easy. They are very helpful and quickly respond to clients. Interested in how I’m doing and when I didn’t like my therapist I was quickly give bios of other therapist to choose from. Good job!!!”
