“First, I had a consultation where they tried there very best to find out what I needed then put me with a therapist that for my needs. Then I need Anita. Wow oh wow, she's the best, she listens, she encourages and she helps me learn tools to strengthen myself. She never acted like she's too busy for me, or like she doesn't care. Even between sessions she's there if I need her. Honestly I actually feel like I'm improving in all the areas of my life. And, how cool is it that after my first session I got a call to check in make sure Anita and I were gelling well. Every step of the process was explained, questions were welcomed and answered without judgement.”

“Therapist gave off bad vibes all around. Seemed to not even be interested in doing therapy. I would bring up personal events that happened to me that I think are significant, and he would just reply with a canned response that had little to do with the specifics of what I said. He also seemed convinced that the solution to my problems would be me copying all his personal habits, which clearly wasn't the case. For example, I explained how I used to be addicted to videogames and used it as an unhealthy escape. Very next session he throws out suggestion that I start playing video games again, mentioning that he just played a game himself. Felt like I was paying for antitherapy at that point. Besides that, the point of contact was for some reason dishonest about the service not being covered by insurance. He said cost would be $100, but discounted to $65 due to deductible being met, which clearly wasn't the case, and it was just that the going rate was $65 per session. Seemed like a small and insignificant point at the time, but in retrospect I don't think it was wise accepting service from a company who's representatives lie so readily. Gave it 2 stars because there were still some helpful things I learned, but really it was all stuff you could easily learn from a psychology blog. The experience wasn't personal to me, and not at all worth the money.”

“Highly recommended!! I really like my therapist Lita. She's so pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. Talking with her feels natural and that makes everything so much easier. The office staff is very organized and get back to you in time. Very friendly and helpful, thank you to Brian, Steven, and I know I'm forgetting a few! Thank you 😊.”

“The service was to an extremely high standard. Very helpful friendly staff who helped me through the process. Followed up by phoning the next day. Brian being the man who helped with the process at the beginning amd through out. Very impressed and reassured by the whole process and feel a sense of moving forward thanks to the whole service provided. My therapist although only session is well suited and I look forward to working with her in the future. She took the time to learn a bit about myself and I feel at ease in the sessions. I look forward to being able to better myself in the future with her help? Guidance and thoughts. As mentioned extremely happy, re assured and ultimately surprised with the service ypu guys provide - keep up the good work!”

“It's the same story as many others. You struggle to find that therapist that is really going to focus on your needs and build that rapport. And now I've found her! I lost my husband and was tied up in knots in grief. While searching online I came across Reachlink and called to see about finding someone to help me through this. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, asked a few questions and he suggested Kim. From the very beginning, Kim and I had a great connection, a very nice rapport and she's helped me see that grief is a process different for each one of us. She's very insightful and creative at coming up with options to help work through the grief and yet teaches me to respect that grief and own it, feel it. In time it will hopefully mellow. I look forward to our sessions because I'm always learning new things from Kim and I'm trying to expand my horizons beyond my work computer and the front door. And making appointments couldn't be easier! In all of the variety of therapists I've met with, this is by far the best experience I've ever had!”

“I am a therapist and Reachlink never paid me. In addition, several patients complain that which links billing was in excess of what they owed, and they could not get the support people to correct it.”
