First, I had a consultation where they tried there very best to find out what I needed then put me with a therapist that for my needs. Then I need Anita. Wow oh wow, she's the best, she listens, she encourages and she helps me learn tools to strengthen myself. She never acted like she's too busy for me, or like she doesn't care. Even between sessions she's there if I need her. Honestly I actually feel like I'm improving in all the areas of my life. And, how cool is it that after my first session I got a call to check in make sure Anita and I were gelling well. Every step of the process was explained, questions were welcomed and answered without judgement.
