When making an appointment Steven made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I felt like I was talking with a friend while trying to find the right provider. He wanted to find me the right person and went above and beyond to do so. They also ensure I get scheduled for my next appointment by following up with me via text after I am seen. The texting is convenient and easy and a big time saver. I have seen Susan a few times but she is amazing and exactly what I was needing as a counselor. I feel hopeful in my journey as I continue to heal and I am so thankful for this team!
