Susan Garrett is knowledgeable, relatable, actively listens and best of all is clearly trained in CBT and filtering through topics that “ do not serve me”. She is compassionate and definitely shares solid evidence based resources that are helpful for making progress. Susan is client centered and cuts to the chase! We do not dwell on the past!
