I was matched with Kenya, and although I’ve only had one appointment so far, I felt like it went excellent. I thought our communication styles matched up, and she made a plan based on what I said I was hoping to get out of our appointments. She was flexible throughout the appointment in how best to use the time, compassionate, a great listener, and gave me actionable advice.
ReachLink customer service has also been excellent in helping me make and remember the appointment even though I didn’t make it easy for them, and making sure I found a good fit with the therapist I was connected with. Thanks Michelle.
