I ordered a soap box a month ago, money left my account but I never got confirmation of shipping. No one has responded to my emails so I had to contact the company via Facebook. I was told they forgot to send the item but would ship straight away (mistakes happen)… no further contact from the company and nothing arrived so I requested a refund. I was then told they would refund me immediately… ten days later and still no refund or soap. I left a review to this effect on the shops website but it seems to have been taken down (?).
