I have purchased RtL products many times in person, but I recently used the online store for the first time (due to the pandemic). My order was shipped promptly, but due to pandemic-related problems with the postal service, it never arrived. RtL shipped the order again without question, and thankfully it arrived. Very happy with my shampoo bars and with the service. Thank you!
