I had a terrible experience with Rebuy. If you’re not satisfied with the product and try to return it, they refuse to accept the return and instead send the same device back to you—sometimes claiming it’s repaired or exchanged, even when it’s not. Their customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful.
It honestly feels like a trap. Please be cautious—don’t fall for their misleading policies. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and unreliable. I strongly advise against buying from them.
