Unlawful company that doesn't pay what you send them. I sent a camera body (1800 euros) using their shipping service, about 3 months ago. They are not answering my calls or my emails, and they won't provide an address (even email address) for my lawyer to send a formal letter. Absolutely illegal. I still haven't received a quote for the camera body or a payment. They also requested the receipt of the camera, which I promptly sent. EDIT. The company says the outcome of my payment is dependent on what the shipping service says (the shipping service didn't say anything for 3 months now), but they forget my contract is with them and not with the shipping service. Again, they didn't give me informations on how to file a formal complaint with my lawyer. UPDATE At the end of november they contacted me saying they won't pay. They gave the blame to UPS even if the sale contract was with them and not UPS. I can only act with a lawyer from now on. 1800 euros probably gone (if not simply gone, they will be gone in lawyer expenses).

I sent my phone which was in flawless condition and the quote was dropped from £161 to £100 as it was 'severely scratched'. I requested the return of my phone and sold it the next day to Music Magpie for £155 and there was no delay at all and no mention of any scratches (as there were none.) Do not waste your time sending your phone to this company unless you want to have Rebuy attempt to con you with a reduced offer at the last moment.

DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I sold my iPhone XR to them. Perfect condition except a few scrapes on the sides. I took pictures before hand of the phone. I was quoted 325£. They then emailed to say they would only offer 210 now as the front was cracked and the volume buttons did not work. Complete lie!!!! I even went to get a glass screen protector on the phone before I sold it. Complete scam of a company. Then also told me my bank details did not exist. Avoid !!!!!

Sent my Galaxy S9 in perfect condition. They have just emailed me - The front glass of the device is heavily scratched. The back cover of the device is noticeably marked. The phone was in perfect condition, never out of a protector screen front and back. I just want my phone back. Do not send your phone here. I took a video of the perfect condition of my phone before I sent it off.

Unless your phone is as new you won’t receive the price they say they will give you. My phone had no marks and may be under a bright torch light with a magnified glass you could have seen a few marks on the frame so to say it had noticeable marks on the back and frame was ridiculous. Don’t use them

I wish I had read these reviews before! ReBuy have just emailed me to say my phone has scratches on the back so have offered me £20 less than originally stated. My iPhone 8 was in absolutely pristine condition! I’m furious to say the least and have asked for it back in the condition I sent it or I will take legal action, total fraudsters!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Samsung Galaxy S9 valued by rebuy at £172.50. It is an immaculate phone. No scratches, chips, dents or cracks to screen or housing. Screen is clear and clean and picture perfect. I had even been to the O2 shop and they remarked on how immaculate it was. They had offered £150. Wanting to get the best for my phone I went to rebuy who have told me since that the phone is only worth £50.00 because it has screen burn. It really does not! I have requested the phone be returned as 2 other companies that I have used and trust have offered me £150. Will never bother with rebuy again and if my phone comes back damaged in anyway there will be hell to pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wish I had seen these reviews before I had sent it.

My Samsung S9 was valued at £178, posted out in their packaging with their courier. They claimed the phone was scratched and reduced the offer to £130 which I rejected. The phone was photographed and videoed without scratches on the morning of posting. It has been returned with multiple scratches on the screen. Absolutely furious

Sent a mint condition S8. Was quoted £132 for it but unsurprisingly it's now failed the tests and they're offering £30. I should have read the reviews first. Assuming I get the phone back I've been recommended to Cex apparently they're good.

The must dogmatic unprofessional unreliable sub standard service I’ve experienced . The company was meant to send 2 separate bags only sent 1 bag that turned up 2 days late then the phones either got lost or stolen . After 10 days of trying to get compensation there insurance never paid out I was left with £1800 with I phone 11 no phones no money - A poor service no peace of mind !
