“Unlawful company that doesn't pay what you send them. I sent a camera body (1800 euros) using their shipping service, about 3 months ago. They are not answering my calls or my emails, and they won't provide an address (even email address) for my lawyer to send a formal letter. Absolutely illegal. I still haven't received a quote for the camera body or a payment. They also requested the receipt of the camera, which I promptly sent.
EDIT.
The company says the outcome of my payment is dependent on what the shipping service says (the shipping service didn't say anything for 3 months now), but they forget my contract is with them and not with the shipping service. Again, they didn't give me informations on how to file a formal complaint with my lawyer.
UPDATE
At the end of november they contacted me saying they won't pay. They gave the blame to UPS even if the sale contract was with them and not UPS. I can only act with a lawyer from now on. 1800 euros probably gone (if not simply gone, they will be gone in lawyer expenses).”

I requested the return of my phone and sold it the next day to Music Magpie for £155 and there was no delay at all and no mention of any scratches (as there were none.)
