Sent my Galaxy S9 in perfect condition. They have just emailed me - The front glass of the device is heavily scratched. The back cover of the device is noticeably marked.
The phone was in perfect condition, never out of a protector screen front and back.
I just want my phone back. Do not send your phone here.
