DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I sold my iPhone XR to them. Perfect condition except a few scrapes on the sides. I took pictures before hand of the phone. I was quoted 325£. They then emailed to say they would only offer 210 now as the front was cracked and the volume buttons did not work. Complete lie!!!! They didn’t even mention the scrapes on the side which I though they should have. I even went to get a glass screen protector on the phone before I sold it. Complete scam of a company. Then also told me my bank details did not exist. Avoid !!!!!
