Customs process is messy
Customer is responsable for import déclaration.
I bought HERO SUIT size Large based on the tool in the website and its too big, even ig measurements are correct. Too long and loose on the legs. See picture.
Return process is not clear. Returned Goods Relief can be easily claimed avoiding any duties or taxes.
