Bad website and bad customer service all around. I am still trying to get my money back. It's impossible to cancel my trip on the website and customer service does not reply to my e-mails.
In their reaction on Trustpilot Rehlat states: "Please check your mail and refer the cancellation policy." However... The policy states you can cancel on the website and through customer service. I followed all the necessary steps on both cancellation options and still no cancellation. Referring to the policy only helps if the cancellation options actually work...
I'd be inclined to give a better review once the matter is resolved, but for now I'm sticking with one star.
