Mates. Never Book Thro REHLAT- Its Scammers Mates.. Stay away from Rehlat, I book a ticket from them last week, The price has increased twice while booking, Still I went ahead and paid,.. After payment the booking was not confirmed, I called the customer service, she said it will done in 10 minutes.. I made couple of calls later , the answer was same.. Later I got a mail from that another 270 AED i need to pay to get the ticket. I was'nt ready to pay that since i felt cheated.. I cancelled the ticket and asked for a refund, They say 20 working days to refund.. So they are churning my money for 20 days and then refund??? And refund will take another 5 to 7 days more from the 20th day Never do a mistake of booking with rehlat. They show lower price on the site and its always high when it comes to payment ....And trust me the worst customer service experience i ever had .....
