Purchased an upgraded suite at a resort through Rehlat. The room that they booked for me is the most basic room that the resort offers. Spent hours on the phone with multiple customer service representatives, two of which got angry and hung up on me. This company scammed me out of $400 and refused to acknowledge or address it. This company is bad news.
