Booked a ticket from this website on 22th June 2023, but the ticket was and the booking was cancelled because off spelling mistakes. was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1078AED which was already debited from my credit card. The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone's hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & have still not received the refund. I have contacted them more than 25 times by phone and their only answer "please wait.asap", "our financials will contact you within 24 hours" but nothing happen at all!
