I cancelled a hotel stay, which was allowed as part of my reservation, and although I was confirmed that I had cancelled and was entitled to a refund I have been waiting about four months for the money.
I have solicited several times by email but they told me that they have a glitch in the payment office.
I highly recommend not using this company.
