Rehlat increased the prices of our already booked hotel (aravi Hotel in Dubai) a day before our check-in i.e. 18th Feb 2024. We cancelled it and asked for refund. But our money is not refunded till date. We booked from 18th Feb 2024 to 25th Feb 2024. They keep emailing you that your refund request is transferred to finance department but nothing happens. Its been 2 months now and I have not received any refund. Booking ID 2750927.
