I ordered, paid some unknown extra shipping charge, received no tracking info. I was told my parcel just disappeared and they cant tell me where it went missing as there is information. I sent them the DHL claims process and asked to get the claim processed but they point blank ignored it.The service and help was poor and the experience was negative, I do recommend for international shippers.
