“I have placed the order recent time and that was my second order Very disappointed with their poor service. They took my money and delayed sending my order, which caused me to lose my clients. On top of that, they sent the parcel to a completely different address, and I still haven’t received it. No proper communication or responsibility from their side. Not recommended at all.”

“As far as the products, they are legit; however, receiving them in a timely manner is the problem, especially if you are outside of the UK. I paid the exact amount due and then was told I had to pay more due to the conversion rate (but it was "their" rate & I paid what it showed). They also charge $25.00 (that they don't mention when ordering) if you do a bank transfer (since they don't accept credit cards). All of that said, it took about 3 weeks for my products to ship. I spent a lot of time going back & forth with them and they did not budge even when it was NOT my mistake. I guess I am used to proper customer service but maybe I'm old fashioned. I had to take things off of my order because if I paid the $25.00 they charged AFTER the sale & my transfer went through...I would have had to pay ANOTHER $25.00 to pay THEIR $25.00 bank charge. I was told to just pay "a little extra" the next time I place an order in the event there was an discrepancy. Again, not my fault and that sounded totally crazy to me. Can you imagine ordering from a department store and them telling you to add something extra just in case? Sure. I have ordered several times and something always seems to happen--not sure if because an overseas order. Again, I love the pricing for legit products but allow for 3-4 weeks to get you order so you don't get frustrated.”

“product not yet delivered because without CPNP needed to make exports abroad, contacted several times was not an acquintance! addedto this are 37€ in customs and other 11€ per shipment ?! so the products not yet delivered cost twicw as much”

“I recently ordered from Reliable Medicare (Order #1045316938), and the products arrived as expected. However, I’ve noticed a £21.89 difference in the billed amount (£801.34 vs. £779.45 expected). I’ve contacted them twice via email (25 & 30 Sept) and left messages on their website, Facebook, and IG, but haven’t received a response yet. Looking forward to their clarification. Will update once resolved.”

“All the products were nearing their expiration date. The customer service asked us to take photos, but they said it was within a reasonable range. I don't understand why they asked us to take photos if it couldn't solve the problem. As a long-term customer, I am very disappointed.”
