“Very poor customer service , product sold was fake - no exchange was offered to my customer . Extremely poor ( I don’t care ) customer service . I won’t buy from this supplier again. Cosmelan was the product I’ve purchased.”

“Unfortunately, this company doesnt realise its legal responsibility in the UK. I purchased L-Carnitine ampules and on delivery 4 of them where smashed. I had CCTV and Ring Doorbell footage of the parcel delivered (dent free) and I contacted them to let them know of the damage. I was given a very cold email stating that as I had not taken out the delivery insurance I would need to await the outcome of their investigations before any further actions could be taken. As a previous ecommerce business owner, I reminded them of their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and then they came back offering my refund on the damaged vials as well as on the postage which I didn't expect. Had they offered to refund or replace the four damaged vials, I would have been leaving a positive review and continue to use them going forward. Now they are receiving negative reviews and I won't buy from the company again. When I saw the offer of "Postage Insurance" it was a concern but I ordered anyway. Looking at the reviews around the net I now see they have an ongoing problem in selling insurance or I should say a problem for those who don't. Know your rights, you do not need to buy insurance from any company online! 1. Seller’s Responsibility – The retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer, not the courier or the buyer. 2. Risk Does Not Transfer to Buyer Until Delivery – If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the retailer must provide a replacement or refund, even if the customer did not purchase additional postage insurance.”

While we do our best to ensure they arrive safely, occasional damage in transit can unfortunately occur despite our efforts. Even though insurance was not added to your order, you reached out to us on 19/02/2025, and within two working days, we processed a full refund for the four broken vials along with your shipping fee. Many of our customers opt out of insurance to reduce costs, and we still strive to offer fair and transparent compensation when issues arise. We understand this may not have been the resolution you were hoping for, but we do provide both insured and non-insured shipping options, ensuring transparency in how each works. As your refund has now been processed, there is nothing further we can do at this stage, but we sincerely apologise if the processing time caused any concern. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
