I spent over £250 on a product which I had good results from previously which I purchased from a different supplier, the item from here was either not genuine or out of date as I had zero results and the product was not the same visibly. I contacted them to inform them and they said it was genuine and there was nothing they would do. Since got the product elsewhere and it was good and had intended results again. Avoid poor products and once they have your money they don't care!
