The wrong product arrived. When I notified the company, they said they couldn't send the correct one to me until I posted the incorrect one back and it arrived with them. I thought this was ridiculous as this was their mistake. I expected for them to say keep the incorrect small 50ml bottle and we will rectify our mistake. Instead I have just had my cosmelan peel so my skin is red, irritable and peeling off and I've had to suffer and go without the Skin Repair cream until they send mr the correct bottle. In the future the customer service should be better when the mistake is on the company and not the customer.
