I would not recommend anybody going through this company not only did the vet not communicate I was not sent a message stating that they were running late so they had to send another vet which only gave me a few minutes with my Dear Boy instead of one hour like it was planned before the cremation Place picked him up you guys robbed me of my last hour with my boy how dare you the vet that did come with very compassionate and I do give her gratitude but the company itself I do not recommend whatsoever
