When my father passed away in May I was overwhelmed with grief and the formalities of being the administrator of his estate. It was the common consensus of most realtors that I sell the house as-is since the San Francisco market was at its prime and I was told it would be difficult procuring contractors because I was on the opposite side of the country, potentially dragging out the process well into the winter or even longer. Finally a realtor told me about REVIVE, which sounded too good to be true! It took them 8 weeks to completely renovate the house: plumbing, electrical, HVAC and full remodel. The house sold after two weeks on the market with multiple offers and turned over quite a profit. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
