“We had a negative prior experience with contractors - Revive was excellent in every way that prior experience was terrible. Our introduction team explained everything clearly and accurately, set appropriate cost and time expectations, and seamlessly transitioned us to our project lead. We worked with Taylor Prater in Austin and he went above and beyond at every point. He was consistently on site, communicating with us and the contractors, anticipating potential problems and responding to any mistakes that came up immediately. “This is my first time working with Revive, but definitely won't be the last. From beginning to end, I had somebody I can get a hold of to make sure I was happy. Starting with Steven Feeko, who worked with me through selecting just the right contractor. The design team was available as well and Had great suggestions but also welcomed our input. Jeremy Henderson took over the hell once we broke . He was always available and he had to travel long distances to get to the property. I appreciate the updated the app regularly to let us know what was going on and what deadlines lay ahead for the construction team. There was nobody on the Revive team it was a pleasure to work with. Remodels can be very stressful but it doesn't have to be. You can't put a price on peace of mind and that is what Revive gave me for sure. Thank you Revive Team”

“The team at Revive was awesome to work with on a complete 3,800sqft home renovation! They explained everything step-by-step and broke it down so that it was easy to understand and they made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. Steven, Jeremy, Danielle, Brittany, and Truetec the contractor involved in the renovation exceeded my expectations and we couldn't ask for anything more. Changes that were made during construction were easy to work with and they completed the project when they said they would complete it. We are excitedly looking forward to working with Revive again on our next project!”

“I really want to give this 5 stars, but the communication and accountability from the project manager Jeremy, was lacking. Jeremy did not seem to have the skills necessary to be tough on the general contractor when he needed a push. My sellers were very dissatisfied by the promises to finish the construction on time and blowing almost 3 weeks past the original deadline. As we all know, in real estate, time is money, and the inability to complete on time and get them on the market, cost them. The total price was incredibly expensive and a lot of mistakes were made. For that price, I would have expected white glove service. I don't know how much of these mistakes fall back on Revive as the company in charge, or how many of them were the direct result of the general contractor who was never actually on site to oversee the project. I will be giving the company additional opportunities to prove they can handle these large projects, but I expect a higher level of service for the price.”

“As a real estate professional, it is my job to counsel my clients on what their options are when preparing to sell their home. Most of the time, my clients want top dollar however they are not willing to invest in the improvements required to get their desired result. I have used Revive on three occasions and each time my clients are thrilled at the result, which is getting the most amount of money for their property. “My experience with Revive was phenomenal. I owned a rental property that was badly damaged by the tenant. I felt the pressure of losing my initial investment and wanted out, being a landlord wasn't adding to my life, it took from me, so I decided to sell. The property needed a complete overhaul before I could think about listing it. I could have sold the property "as is" but i was already in a negative situation and could not risk further loss. The property needed fast Reno, a large group of interested buyers, and a fast sale. It was the only way to financially recover.
