“I am a realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our market is very hot and buyers want something they can move right into and will pay extra for that. Also, most buyers now are looking online before they walk out the door, so if you have a great presentation in your pictures you are half way there. With Revive I have been able to help clients redo their places from minor sprucing to a total renovation and the homes come out so much more sellable and lovely. Not everyone has the funds to renovate their home for sale, which is how home flippers make their money. This service allows my clients to literally flip their own home. Revive also helps finance the staging. In today’s market staging is also key. It gives a sense of proportion both in wandering through a home and also in the photography and video that you can’t get in a vacant unit. I am currently in my 7th renovation with Revive and have a few more coming soon.”

“My experience with Revive was phenomenal. I owned a rental property that was badly damaged by the tenant. “When my father passed away in May I was overwhelmed with grief and the formalities of being the administrator of his estate. The house was nearly condemnable and had no HVAC and ancient electrical and plumbing. It was the common consensus of most realtors that I sell the house as-is since the San Francisco market was at its prime and I was told it would be difficult procuring contractors because I was on the opposite side of the country, potentially dragging out the process well into the winter or even longer.
