“I am a South Orange County Real Estate Broker. One of my clients bought a home that Revive renovated. After moving in, my client experienced a master bathroom tub leak that created some mold and damaged the ceiling below. I called Revive and they stood by their work and made all the repairs to my clients house. It is rare to find a vendor who stands by their product and workmanship....especially after the fact....when the payment has already been made and the project finished. Revive looked at the issue, talked to their workman and took responsibility for the corrective requirements. Most company’s, in my experience, would have told me to “pound salt”. The owner of Revive, did the right think and got involved. A company of character is indeed a special company. Nice to see in today’s, at times, fast paced world.
