“I am a realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our market is very hot and buyers want something they can move right into and will pay extra for that. Also, most buyers now are looking online before they walk out the door, so if you have a great presentation in your pictures you are half way there. With Revive I have been able to help clients redo their places from minor sprucing to a total renovation and the homes come out so much more sellable and lovely. Not everyone has the funds to renovate their home for sale, which is how home flippers make their money. This service allows my clients to literally flip their own home. Revive also helps finance the staging. In today’s market staging is also key. It gives a sense of proportion both in wandering through a home and also in the photography and video that you can’t get in a vacant unit. I am currently in my 7th renovation with Revive and have a few more coming soon.”

“My experience with Revive was phenomenal. I owned a rental property that was badly damaged by the tenant. I felt the pressure of losing my initial investment and wanted out, being a landlord wasn't adding to my life, it took from me, so I decided to sell. The property needed a complete overhaul before I could think about listing it. I could have sold the property "as is" but i was already in a negative situation and could not risk further loss. The property needed fast Reno, a large group of interested buyers, and a fast sale. It was the only way to financially recover. My realtor recommended Revive as an option to renovate my property so I called them and glad I did. I was able to stay out of state, receive updates, and pay no upfront cost or interest! From beginning to end this was a seamless process. The outstanding communication was especially appreciated because I live at a distance from the property. I can't thank REVIVE enough, they took on the burden & stress of this property and completed the promised tasks and covered costs from reno to to sale in record time. “When my father passed away in May I was overwhelmed with grief and the formalities of being the administrator of his estate. The house was nearly condemnable and had no HVAC and ancient electrical and plumbing. It was the common consensus of most realtors that I sell the house as-is since the San Francisco market was at its prime and I was told it would be difficult procuring contractors because I was on the opposite side of the country, potentially dragging out the process well into the winter or even longer. Finally a realtor told me about REVIVE, which sounded too good to be true! It took them 8 weeks to completely renovate the house: plumbing, electrical, HVAC and full remodel. The house sold after two weeks on the market with multiple offers and turned over quite a profit. I would do it again in a heartbeat.”

They took care of everything from fixing the heating, to remediating mold, to painting, power-washing, and installing a new fence. They ordered PODs and movers to help him move. They even set up and paid for him an Airbnb to make my job of selling the home easier! This company was so wonderful I connected them with my office and they are now our preferred concierge company!”
