I have been with Rinsekit since they first starting designing and building their first models. The current Plus model is improved because of the manual hand pump to utilize 100% of the water in the tank without leaving any residual. The one thing that needs improving is a plus model with a larger capacity (3-3.5 gallon tank) the 2 gallon tank barely washes two dogs as to where my older models washed 3 dogs with water leftover.
