I have owned my RinseKit Pod for just about a year now. I recently had the on/off coupling break. I emailed the warranty department just as the website instructed me to do and to my surprise i was contacted within 2hours! The customer service representative I dealt with was very professional and commentating. She handled my claim very quickly and within 12 hours of me submitting my warranty request the new part is on its way to my house. If you are looking for something to wash up with on the go, the RinseKit is it! I love mine, and eventually will buy the larger model when im able to start camping again! If you have been on the fence about getting one, just buy it! You wont be disappointed! I dont work for them, they dont sponsor me in any way. They just have a killer well made product, with some of the best customer service i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!
