I ordered and paid for a Hobot 388 window cleaner.
When it arrived, there was no power cord
They sent a cord, but it was missing a piece
They sent the missing piece
When we assembled it to use, it would not work
We sent the unit back for replacement or a refund
Now nearly 2 months later, we are getting a "run around" due to their "inspection process".
My advise is to not bother dealing with them.. find a more reliable provider
