“5 weeks later, still no package delivered, can't get hold of Robot My Life on the phone and no response to emails. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever seen.”
“S100 Robotic Pool Skimmer works very well but I couldn't give a five star due to long delays of delivery over 4 weeks. If delivery took 1 to 2 weeks it would be a Five Star.
Also there are some marks on the solar panel and will monitor it”
“Our fibreglass pool has a safety ledge all way round its circumference and integrates with the main step of the pool I.e. 1-1.5 foot below waterline. I was concerned when purchasing if Poolbot would find it an issue however our Merlin (the magician) climbs over with ease and cleans the waterline as advertised. Our first clean, after an hour my wife came and got me and said with a smile of her face…‘I think I’m in love’. Greatest investment we’ve made in recent times.”

“I purchase the pool bit earlier this year after researching many other brands I decided to try poolbot. It’s great value for money easy to use and no cords. Pool bot scrubs sides and bottom, whilst picking up all the leaves. My pool is crystal clear without any fuss”
“The Moebot S5 runs every day as it is scheduled. Returns automatically to its home to recharge whenever it needs to. Easy to install the perimeter guide wire pegged along the ground ... when I an certain of the position I will bury it. Excellent value.”

I have reconsidered as the customer service is appalling, I wanted to buy some simple spare parts and have requested a price, I have now been waiting 3 months and nothing, haven’t been able to use one of the robot mowers for this time. Stay away from these mowers as once you have a problem and need parts they are useless. There is no representative in Australia so nothing happens. Try a different mower I will be from now on”
